The 15th Annual Agricultural Outlook and Policy Conference was held on Dec. 4th, 2013 at the Loews Hotel in Annapolis, MD.  Experts focused on the proposed Phosphorus Management Tool, the growing importance of agricultural law, the economics of grass-fed beef systems in Maryland, conservation programs, the on-going farm bill debate, a state policy update, and commodity market outlooks.  To view the presenters bios, please click here.
